About The Opportunity

We currently have an opening for the role of Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. 

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the financial reporting for internal and external users as well as manage the year-end audit and other reporting required by the organization.

Critical Outcomes From the Job:

• Analyze monthly financial statements
• Prepare cash flow analysis and forecasting, overall review of cash transactions, and manage bank
  transactional relationships
• Perform account reconciliations and analysis, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare various month end and year end journal entries
• Prepare year end working paper
• Provide analytical support to the Finance teams
• Prepare monthly government filings
• GL reconciliations
• Prepare working papers to support monthly financial statements
• Prepare daily management reports
  
• Cash management duties
• Month end duties- coordinate closing of modules
• General Ledger account maintenance
• Reporting including daily sales reports, operating reports, inventory, and other reports
• Year-end audit functions
• Supervise A/P and A/R functions

Success in this role will require: 

Education

• CPA designated
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or with related experience

 Experience

• 3+ years in a related role
• Senior to advanced skill level working with Microsoft Excel, and demonstrated ability working with the remaining Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
• Ability to effectively communicate in an open and direct manner; conveys information clearly and concisely with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to work within a team as well as an ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience in ERP system
