About the opportunity
The Social Media Coordinator supports the Social Media Strategist – and overall marketing/communication team members – with the execution of social media strategies for Que Pasa and EnviroKidz brands, including engaging with our online communities, delivering online customer service support, executing tactics to increase brand presence and affinity on social media, assisting with content creation, and executing social media event promotion efforts.
They have a natural curiosity and passion for social media that will help grow the social presence of Que Pasa and Envirokidz. A strategic thinker, who takes a pragmatic approach in their daily execution, this individual listens to online conversations, responds to online inquiries to deliver superior customer service and seeks ways for real, trackable online engagement to drive brand awareness and traffic to the brand website to increase overall familiarity and ultimate brand advocacy.
To sum it up, you will be growing our community base, engage and retain them, help convert them into customers at retail and/or online so they become active fans/promoters of EnviroKidz and Que Pasa brands.
